The judging process for the posters will evaluate multiple aspects, including their visual design and organization, consistency and clarity, the effectiveness of the argument and methodology, acknowledgment of prior research, appeal, clarity of message and key points, the proper balance of text and graphics, and the overall impression made on the reviewers.

To ensure your poster is easily readable from a distance, please use a vertical layout and select font sizes that are appropriate for visibility. We recommend using Arial or Times New Roman fonts in sizes ranging from 22-24 points for text and 60-70 points for headers. It is essential to note that your poster should be fully constructed and printed before you bring it to the event.
