Each submitted abstract and poster will be carefully evaluated based on these factors:

Submission Instructions

To facilitate a seamless submission process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Online submission: Submit your abstract in word format through our online system, selecting the appropriate presentation type (oral, poster, or young research forum).
Session selection: Choose the session for your presentation from the list of available scientific sessions.
Formatting requirements: Adhere to the provided template for your abstract.
Word count: limit your abstract to no more than 300 words.
Theme relevance: ensure your abstract relates to one or more of the conference themes or topics.
Author information: Include the institutional affiliations and organizations of all authors.
Abstract organization: Structure your abstract with sections such as abstract, introduction, methodology, results, conclusions, acknowledgements (if applicable), and references.
Biographical information: Provide a short biography (up to 150 words) with a photo and email address for each author, as outlined in the abstract template.
Registration requirement: All presenters must register for the conference and attend their scheduled session (November-21-22, 2024).
Submission limits: Each presenter may submit only one abstract. Presenters from community organizations may also submit an additional abstract for their own work.
Reassignment policy: Abstracts that do not fit the selected topic may be reassigned by the review committee if necessary.
